[ It means a lot, those words, coming from Break. Cecil knows him, or likes to think he does. He knows how Break was a few months ago, and compared to that? Acceptance is practically a confession. So Cecil smiles to hear the words, even if Break can't see it thanks to the audio of the phones, and his voice is genuine when he answers. ]
